I had a mixed experience at Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square. The location is incredibly convenient, situated close to many shopping areas and the BTS station, which I really appreciated. However, the room's sound insulation left much to be desired, and I found myself needing earplugs to get a good night's sleep due to the noise from the corridors and traffic. The service from the staff was hit or miss; while some, like Soft at reception, were fantastic, others did not meet my expectations.
